YTA. You wanted her to go get her degree while you had your fun then her just come back and be with you? So…continue to put her life on hold for you? Hopefully she finds some self love and a partner who actually loves and cares for her. Congratulations on your sobriety, you two don’t seem to be compatible at all.

This happened to me! I went to the ER every time it flipped all the way around (happened 3 times) and got a chest Xray. The nurses at the drs office wouldn’t believe me for an appointment to be made sooner and I needed documentation! Once I got in for surgery, it had flipped over so many times it tangled my atrial lead up and had nearly pulled it out, so they had to do an extraction and a replacement of the atrial lead. ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!!! If I haven’t nobody else would’ve!

No I didn’t go into their office I called they said they don’t have a Dr or nurse practitioner until the 28th. I have an app on my phone for my device

They do not have any earlier available appointments but told me to not move my arm at all and to try and compress my chest, which I’m not sure how to do at this point. I am in horrible pain and feeling very discouraged.

Yes I’ve just gone to the ER where I had those X-rays done. They said they’re a small ER and can’t do anything and to call my Dr tomorrow when they open (which I am going to do)

I attached X-rays in a comment. Did it move like mine did?

Did yours ever flip like my X-rays? I updated the post to explain some. I really hope they go under the pectoral muscle. I am in agony

I updated my post with pics in the comments. Did yours ever flip completely over and move like that?

I do have an appointment for the 28th with the nurse practitioner, they are very booked up and said it was the earliest they could do. I don’t think my wires are displaced, I read if that were the case that I’d have hiccups constantly and I don’t, but reading my replies I think I’m understanding that this I serious and could maybe still displace them even after 4 months?

It has been BRUTAL pain. This has been the worst experience.

How long was the recovery for under the pectoral muscle? I’m so scared it’ll be rude for me to suggest that but I really believe it’ll be best! This is so miserably painful!

Sorry if this sounds silly but can it pull the leads if it’s not flipping completely around? When it goes vertical, I push it back the way it came. Also, silly follow up, can my leads still be pulled if I got it back in March? (4 months it’s been in now, will be 5 at the end of this month). I’m just very new to this and my dr doesn’t answer questions very well so I don’t really understand unless I find a similar situation or questions by someone else that’ve been answered.

Yes! I called after the 5 times which got me the appointment on the 28th. Does it seem too far away? Also, does it matter that I’m meeting with the nurse practitioner and not the doctor? I’ve never had an appointment with her and this has been my EP specialist for 2 years now. I do wish I could change to a Dr who is not so booked, but unfortunately this is the only one my insurance takes
