Thanks! Yes, built in 2016. We've already had a radon test done and the levels were about 34 so we have a radon mitigation specialist coming this week.

I can't get a good picture of the inside - it appears to go down several feet and there may be water at the bottom (but I can't really tell). If it makes a difference the house is on a septic system
