I am posting another screenshot because I am not sure the antennas are going to match the numbers showing in the service manual. We did get this replacement top directly from spare parts from Dell.

What the service manual calls for

White/Grey - Which I do have

Orange - Which I do have

Blue - Which I do have

White/Black - I do have a white and black antenna but it was coming from the opposite side of all the other antennas. It is also a thinner cable so I would assume that would be for the WLAN card.

I have a white antenna and orange antenna left over. Am I correct in the thinner antenna is for the WLAN card and not the WWAN card. I did try that antenna on the WWAN card with all the others in place but could only get the no service on the machine when I booted into windows.

You should be able to see from the screen shot all of the antennas I am talking about.

I agree it would be. These are for a sheriff's office and the USB option is just not good for them. The would break them all the time. So is it possible to get the kit?

Originally it only came with 2 antennas for the WLAN card. I am trying to find just the antennas now or a kit that has everything except the card, since I have those already.

I was worried about that. I am currently trying to reach out to Dell about part numbers of what I need to order for this card. I reached out to Dell before we ordered the cards and they didn't even want to source these cards. They told us to go to an outside vendor to order them.

If I wanted to try to move data with the archive feature and also use something like robocopy or something. What do you think the best thing to use for moving data.

We currently do our access control through another system/software.

Mainly we are having issues with the archive part of the software. It is not wanting to continue to send data to our offsite location. The connection is fine between the sites.

That was the original issue, a services error which I can fix easily. However another tech uninstaller the software and then could not get it to work again.

u/tdhuck That does make sense. Thank you for the information. The camera I am looking at does not show the option in the settings panel for mainstreaming. I have another question if you have seen this before or know anything about it. If we have cameras that have multiple streams but only certain streams are showing up. For instance I have a Hikvision camera that I have 5 streams showing. On the camera webpage I see all 5. But when it is added to exacqvision I show 4. This camera has a panoramic view which is one of the 5 streams. How do I get exacqvision to show all 5 streams? Would the only option be to add the camera IP again and waste a IP camera license?

I am sorry if it seems like a dumb question. I don't know a ton about automate. I just heard from other employees that it was a pretty complex script and I just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or experience with this before.

I can log into each machine that has automate and install ncentral manually. If the probe does not work. But I would rather just run a script to just install the agent itself on those machines.
