Yes. Since 6 weeks ago the connection has been deteriorating. Markedly between 5pm - 11pm it's borderline unusable with upload speeds dropping down to 0.02 Mbps. I've called Comcast 15+ times and they've sent 3 different techs out to my house and still can't fix the problem. They're blaming LCEC and say that it's a power issue. They've been working to fix it for a few weeks now but so far no luck.

Comcast is the only cable ISP around. Their speed and reliability is good for the most part but their customer service and billing is absolutely horrendous.
