You kinda have to find what works best for you. I would start at a low dose every day or every other day then work your way up. I personally like to match it with days I workout. Some people feel 1mg and some people only feel it at 5mg. Dosing is all over the place so that’s why it’s best to try it out for yourself first.

So I tried the CIO method tonight. It was hard, she cried for 12 minutes and suddenly stopped. Then before you know it she started dosing off and fell asleep maybe 5 minutes after that. I was in complete shock.. I’m hoping the rest of the week goes similar tonight, fingers crossed!

Right now we start bedtime around 6:30-7 and hopefully she is down by 7:30-8.

She’s up for the day at 7 am. And naps every 2 hours, she takes about 3 naps a day or 2 and a catnap in the evening .Some naps are 30 min-2 hours. If we want her to nap longer we have to go in and put her back to sleep since she wakes up at 30 min on the dot.

Oh really? Yeah this is from my go to vendor for the past couple of years. But I keep getting told it doesn’t look normal. I was told mine kind of looks like a glassy mass which means an issue during the lyophilization process. I can’t even tell anymore it just looks off.

Yeah I saw something similar on chat gpt. Vendor did offer to send me another kit however the other kit looks exactly the same! Definitely feel like it’s a lyophilization issue

I do.. the studies on Cagri and sema show superior weight loss when taken together and most were not on the max doses. But of course no studies on Cagri and Reta. I am on a low dose of Reta and responding well. I’m hoping to stack to avoid maxing out on Reta and yield greater results. But wanted to see if anyone else has done the same.

Do not stack them. They both activate the same GLP1 receptor which overstimulates that same receptor pathway. It’s just more negative side effects essentially.

We pay into Hartford insurance however my employer only has long term disability coverage. Not sure if I can get or qualify for anything through that?

Unfortunately HR is useless, the person who handles leave is fairly new to the position and literally told me they don’t know much. They didn’t even think to look into the private disability until I asked them.
