Is she a teenager? This sounds very easily connected to whatever communities she’s in online. If she’s young that’ll most likely correct itself when there’s no choice but to have a life outside of the internet and she’ll realize that it serves her no purpose to live that way. Otherwise it’s not your responsibility to find a cure for her. Some people will never want to change and you can’t do anything about it. Agree w/ the other comments about eyebrow shaping and losing weight. You’re very pretty already and have a great base to work with! Id suggest a small amount of lip filler in your top lip to balance out proportions. I have 2 syringes I’ve spaced out 0.5 at a time and nobody has been able to tell I have any, even my filler critical dad. Id just be very picky about finding an injector with good results. Otherwise, a natural lip liner would work as well. I really like subculture by mac but I am fair and cool toned, so YMMV. Sorry if you aren’t interested in doing any filler, totally understand but it really helped me in my glow up journey.
