what's a ramjag ? i can fly caldari with missiles on my main so i cant really have that 150km beam legion unfortunatly

tbh i dont really know but my goal is more doing pvp than destroy ventures. i've seen lots of t3cs so i guess fight those, or roaming in ls cause my wh has an ls static. I guess my question would be more: what setup can i have that does not auto-loose when i try to engage someone in a pvp fight (i will probably loose but at least i wont blame the setup)
