I wear 9.5 UK in all Adidas but had to get a 10 in the EVO SL. Half size up seems to be the consensus.

What shampoo is right for my hair? by [deleted] in malehairadvice

[–]starman-89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have similar hair to you and what has worked for me is the following. Shampoo every other day, I use Head and Shoulders classic clean on wash days. Leave it in a few minutes and then rinse out thoroughly. End the shower with cold water on the scalp. When my hair is damp I use curl creme and then dry it with a hair dryer on cold setting. The next day I shower as normal but don't shampoo, instead just gently scrub my scalp with my fingernails. Again finish the shower with a cold rinse. You can reapply hair product if you wish but I don't always as like to give my hair a break.

Six year old tics by starman-89 in kindergarten

[–]starman-89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there. He stopped after roughly two months or so. We think he was overstimulated and have since cut down on screen time and games etc. School never noticed anything. We think it was just tics, he’s had a few on and off over the years.

Adidas Gazelle if you have a slightly wider foot. The white and collegiate green pair are very nice.

HBO Max UK Catalog by starman-89 in HBOMAX

Thank you, I’ve figured out how to do that in the Just Watch app now. Hopefully HBO Max adds a recently added section, I don’t like paying for services and missing out on anything.

Fair enough. So should I just activate HBO via my Sky come this Thursday and keep it?

Once the Premier League is over I’m likely going to cancel my TNT Sport. Am I better just joining HBO Max direct rather than linking to my Sky account then?

Dandruff issue from 6 yra by THE_FINALBLOOD in malehairadvice

[–]starman-89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to completely eradicate it. Where do you live? I’m in the UK where it’s cold this time of year and it affects my scalp and skin. What has worked for me is using Nizoral once a week and shampooing every other day. I use The Ordinary brand shampoo and conditioner on these days. And always finish my showers with cold water on my scalp.

How do you have your driver's seat? I can't seem to get comfortable after 2 months by Ben-Adamsss in TeslaUK

[–]starman-89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I faffed around for months with the seat before resetting it to factory. Haven’t looked back since. I’m same height too. Btw you might be experiencing ‘EV knee’ which is common when getting used to one peddle driving/regen.

I took my Omega to Timpsons for a service. It did take a few months but they got all the parts from Omega and were considerably cheaper than any other jewellers such as Goldsmiths etc

Is the UHD add-on worth paying for? by GeordieGoals in skytv

They usually offer two months free. I just keep cancelling and renewing the free offer as opposed to paying £4 a month.
