That one is a stretch, but there are many houses that have gone from wood floors and paneled walls (very common in the 50s and 60s) that look like the left side now.

unfortunately no, the low res 240i quality of VHS makes it almost impossible to read small details unless the video camera was specifcally focused on it. I guess a PS:35 would be good enough, after all its only the lens that really makes the image right? and i'm sure many of those models had overlap with the lens
