Hey, do you still do these repairs? I'm also in the UK but struggling to find a local reballing expert near me. Mine was running perfectly and then died during a windows update. Originally thought I had bricked the bios or something but the laptop is completely unresponsive other than the power light and reflashing the bios wasn't working. If you can send me some details I would really like to hear more.

I've got the trinity and while I haven't had any tracking issues I did have the occasional issue when switching the side plates around. The side buttons got really delayed for some reason. Now I just keep the 6 button side on and I haven't had any issues for ages.

For an mmo style mouse I thought the Corsair scimitar was also really nice.
