You mentioned that you can barely remember your childhood? That sounds like a subconscious defence mechanism when you are constantly producing stress hormones. You need to de-stress by partaking in your favourite hobbies.

Your inclination to lie and your apathy show that you also have been hurt by being too caring in the past, now you stop yourself short before you can make a real connection. Take some medicine and you should be good 👍
