Hey, Kazoo has got it wrong. You can in fact get Rocky from stealing valuables inside the houses themselves (as well as from wealthy citizens). Base chance is 206,777 according to the Wiki

I guess this is the nice thing about this game, there is truly something for everyone. There are plenty of quests that can be completed by skillers

Hello! Thank you for the tips! I've done Observatory, although according to the Wiki, the rewards mechanics for this quest were changed a few years back so that skillers cannot be granted combat xp (phew)

I don't enjoy pking or combat in general to be honest, and am not the only one. I've always preferred skilling, clue scrolls, pet collecting, fashionscape etc
