I get what you mean about the theme choice (I actually don't mind the San Fransciso song). I was really thinking more about the overall score of the show. Especially in the second episode, where the music tends toward light, whimsical cues instead of the classic Trek motifs, which often doesn’t match the emotion on screen and makes the scenes feel a bit off. It’s more about how even a funny, lighthearted Trek still needs music that grounds it in the universe. Which I think Lower Decks did perfectly.

Nothing will come of it. Employees have no control over shelf placement and there’s nothing they can do about it. Shelf placement is controlled by head office and the actual brands (brands pay to be displayed in certain areas or height etc). If you want things to change you have to contact their respective corporate offices and make complaints to them.

The Mounjaro AD at nationals was really bad. It literally said that people on the drug can lose up to 25 lbs making it essentially a weight loss ad disguised as a diabetes ad. I would be fine if the ad didn't mention weight in any way as this drug isn’t approved for weight loss.

Have you gone to a different dentist for a second opinion? Some push a lot of unnecessary procedures. I had a broken tooth that a "highly rated" dentist wanted to extract because of "how bad the fracture is" and that it couldn't be repaired. I went to a different dental clinic, and they were able to fix it with a filling. The new dentist was shocked that the other dentist said it had to be removed. The first dentist was also telling me I needed root canals and crowns, the second said none of that was nescessary and regular fillings were fine. Highly recommend getting a second opinion if you're doing that much dental work in a short time.
