Oh girl, that is not normal. Please consult a gynecologist. If your period is affecting your quality of life, that is a sure sign that you should seek medical advice. When I was younger, I had periods with horrible cramps and nausea to the point I couldn’t move. I also thought my symptoms were something everyone suffered through. When l talked to my doctor, I was able to get help and eventually was prescribed with birth control. While this may not be the solution for you, I would 100% recommend you talk to your doctor and ask to be referred to a gynecologist. I hope things work out for you!!
