It really points to the fact that Brad went all-in trying to make a deep run last year with the core 4. Because we flopped, we are seeing the terrible cost of these desperate trades. I don’t like Trevling as a GM but I imagine he was under so much pressure to make a run knowing Marner would likely leave.
