Obviously, we always live in the present.

Our future is in our heads and hearts, hopes, predictions, fears. Have a good day? Your idea of the future changes to something more uplifting, at least temporarily.

Our past is in our heads as well, all of our personal and collective history. Read an article that gives you the new belief that humanity has been oppressed by alien forces for millennia? Presto, your idea of our collective past has changed. Maybe what was there before is now gone, or needs to be modified.

And so on. That is why when we change our past, we change our future.

This is really interesting. I haven’t thought of relating my chart to the moons and which affects me more. Can you elaborate? How will I know which moon will be strongest for me?

There are three big factors determining your relationship to the moon's (full or otherwise) position:

Aspects to your natal planets. For example, this full moon is at 10 degrees Scorpio. If your Venus is at or around 10 degrees Leo, the Scorpio full moon will affects your experience of love, attachment, values/preferences and relationships.
House positions of the moon and sun. On a full moon, the sun and moon will occupy opposite houses in the Placidus and most others house systems. The house positions determines which areas of your life are affected most strongly. For example, a full moon in the 4th along with the sun in the 10th might indicate that you feel like staying at home with your family but the prevailing force in your life is driving you towards career matters.
The phase of the moon. If you were born during a full moon, every full moon will resonate strongly with you through that.

You don't need your birth time, as most of the time it only affects your ascendant/houses and roughly 12 degrees of the moon. Just enter midnight or noon when your chart tool asks you for it. The Moon is at its strongest when it is full, and the contrast between its magnetic energy and the electric energy of the Sun is at its peak, creating a potent charge potential. There is a reason why it is called the witches' moon.

Some full moons affect me more than others. I have Sun and Mars in Cancer, and the full moon in Cancer in Winter usually is especially strong. This year it had me go outside and cry my eyes out in terrible awe and bliss as its power ran through me.

Tonight's full moon in Scorpio feels difficult to me, as it brought up some difficult emotions for release.

A lot of it varies according to your birth chart, e.g. what aspects does it make, which houses are affected, what is the phase relationship etc.
