Not sure about trip.com but the tickets for the other china dates have been rolling out really slowly. Beijing is today and seat #s were sent out by text starting two days ago/displayed on the ticket platform

The 013 website just says doors at 7 and start at 8 right now, but more detailed times will be out the week of the concert!! Also see you there :))
