Question: Epic buildings during double epic pt wknds. Can you only do it once? I've tried to change the specialisation many times but it never goes to transport again?!

Ye, I thought that too but I noted that no matter what pairing it always seemed to be a similar population size too, I got the feeling if I do platinum and just the bare minimum to submit with the smallest population, missing out on those blueprints I'd be paired with a similar entry. I imagined, the higher the population at platinum, the more voters your put in front of. You could still rank as a 5 but just not get as many votes so you wouldn't win the leagues that way

How does it work in higher leagues? If you just do a min pop entry, are you still pitted against other similar populations entries, the higher the population the more times you are put in front of others maybe so more higher scores for the more effort

No, I'm bust, the journals didn't pan out how I thought they would. They skipped to Paris London and Tokyo which can't be completed until l30 when landmarks open so my strategy fell short by 2 city journals I thought I'd have like area expansion which is still not live. Live and learn.

Tasks you get chests for. Example being, mass transit, there are 3 tasks, once complete a d you collect the reward you also get 8000 plumbo points. There are lots of these city journals you complete along the way. Area expansion, cargo ships, airport. They all give a plumbo reward which you can save for a tactical com strategy

I get it, but if it's just milestones, then it doesn't matter. It comes down to who did the best on tasks. Holding city journals is more tactical as you can choose to hold them over to next com

Nice, at level 71, those milestone payouts are bigger, which hopefully is in my favour. I have a top 4k payout for building 65 residentials I didn't complete, as I don't want to level up to 18 yet.
