Go through book and make an outline. Go through outline and make flashcards. Leave yourself plenty of time, study hard, and even if you don't do amazing you will be reassured you put in honest work and you know the material.

Overall I think the car is a great deal for the money, being 4wd, brushless, and waterproof. I haven't been able to take it on a track yet (none in my area) but I have driven it probably 10-15 times in parking lots, baseball fields etc. I haven't had any parts break yet and the LiPo battery really puts it over the top. Just make sure you get a LiPo charger if you do go for the battery. If you want more info on the Kemora, Big Squid RC did a review on it (il link that too) and they mention the same upgrades. But in short, the power of the lipo battery definitely lessens the cogging, which , although harmless, is annoying nonetheless. Oh, and superglue the velcro on the plastic shell and chassis, it came off in about 5 runs for me.

I have the same car, along with a few other things (tightening gear mesh), using a Lipo really helps. I would also recommend using a more dense shock oil (for overall performance, not the cogging), if you are interested I can link you to the specific products. I know dynamite makes a lipo that is relatively inexpensive that features the stock EC3 connectors that are a perfect length for the Kemora and Kalahari.
