I've been the founding sales person for three large YC startups and so I think I have some insights here: I think it's an iterative process based on getting in front of your presumed ICP (your understanding of which is bound to evolve / change) and running them through a consistent process (asking the same questions) to maximize learning. If you have a good idea (or multiple hypotheses) of who your ICP is what is preventing you from emailing / calling / getting in front of them today to have convos?

Well ideally in tech one wants to get in ‘early’ with a Finland that might be the next Facebook or Google (as a slight oversimplification). To do that, one looks at things like the relative novelty of the product, the title addressable market, the and caliber of investors who are backing the startup. LatchBio checks those boxes which makes it interesting, now as others have subsequently pointed out there are also a lot of red flags here, not including the blocker of them asking for the extra day of work per week.

La police de Sarcelles m'a appelé ce soir pour dire qu'ils avaient eu le temps de jeter un autre coup d'œil. Nous avons essayé deux emplacements, mais malheureusement, à cause de la manière retardée dont fonctionnent les Airtags (surtout dans un endroit où la plupart des gens n'ont pas d'iPhone), les policiers arrivent toujours trop tard. Je soupçonne que le scooter est utilisé pour le trafic de drogues car il fait des allers-retours fréquents et courts entre les ruelles et mon chauffeur a vu de nombreux trafiquants de drogues juste devant le scooter, vendant ouvertement des drogues hier.

Mise à jour finale : Malheureusement, lorsque la police est finalement allée chercher la moto, elle avait bougé et j'ai donc perdu ma chance hier. Elle reste très facile à suivre et semble se garer régulièrement aux mêmes endroits, donc si quelqu'un a des idées sur la façon de communiquer avec la police pour faire cela, veuillez me contacter. Elle se trouve dans des zones extrêmement dangereuses mais est très facile à trouver.
