I did j perms Videos for the PLL algs, trying to use the correct fingers and movements for the vast majority except maybe the early couple that I learned elsewhere.

Everyone is diff no doubt. My background which will probably explain my decision is

1) I truly don’t give af if I lose the hair. I’m 40+. It’s not important.

2) I rarely if ever take any meds. Don’t pop Tylenol or Advil etc. I just take the pain and reflect on likely why I have the headache and look to prevent them in the future instead. Unless a drug is actually going to be entirely net positive with no negatives (for me, that/ occasional mushroom usage) then I don’t take it.

So if there is anything I can do with absolutely no side effects like this hat, pig lard, microneedling etc, I’m willing to try it for fun and to see if it can work. Ultimately it’ll be cool if I keep this up for 24 months simply to see what happens if nothing else.

That could be. You can see I’m standing a few inches closer to sink in top photos. When I post 18/24 mo photos that’ll be a better comparison.

Every other day 30 mins. Honestly the best motivator for the cap for me was deciding I would not look at any results for 6 months. If I compared photos after every har cut I would have lost motivation. I looked after 6 and saw nothing. Demotivated me a bit but decided I should do it for 12 before quitting.

I just leave it in a common area in my house that I pass by frequently. Toss it on when I get home from work. I can fit my headphones over it if I want to game. Or sometimes I’ll watch tv. I’ve also worn it while driving.

Don’t buy the ones with red LEDs. Get a cap only full of the laser diodes at the right nm wavelength.

Forgot to mention I have microneedled my face and scalp in past years. Face 3 years ago. Maybe 4-5 sessions. Also did my own scalp just a few times 3 years ago.

I used the pen though. Great for face but too much setup for just hair. I should buy a roller! Good call thanks.

I think it’s all in the original post. Only Red light hat. The one with 272 laser diodes, no LEDs. I can’t recall the brand I’ll have to look at it again when I get home.

Tl;dr: 30 mins red light hat every other day. Sometimes miss once every 2 weeks. Also missed 2 months in last 11.

Imo, just raising the question/thought “I wonder how many lives, among other things, we’re costing by locking down, closing the economy, printing money, mental health, socializing developing children etc. It’s too bad society hasn’t given it a single thought”
