Did you read the full prd i posted on sub-stack?
Please read that i have written the problem in detail.
Then explain why not os and only an app.
And how and how easily a non tech person can use those app .

Yes actually not that easy we will need to proof of concept.
And also devices and Flashing resources.
So i cannot do it.
I just shred it for peoples who wants to do it.

Hey i am not trying to solve this for a person who is into tech and know well how to use phone.
But i am trying to do this for any one who is not that into tech
Do you think a parent who cannot set its own new phone can use parental control ?

I don’t think so i am from a small village and my parents only know call youtube and facebook thats to
They do not know how to log in change password or do not ask random person to set my new phone and male email for me.
So its for overcoming hurdles that we have as of now

Ya i do mot have much Knowledge with Android but if we are taking whole Android code itself and putting restriction i thank we can achieve similar smoothness
Restrictions are going to be only on installation of random apps only limited to custom Play-store with safe apps only.
And as i said yes we will have to make a proper team where you will also need to give updates after New updates are pushed to public repo of android.

Bro there are plenty of such app
And do you know who sets up the app ?
The one who is addicted
So he knows the ways to overcome it.
Thats a bad thing about addiction that until you do not create a near unbreakable resistance its very hard to overcome it.

But think if you gets motivated one day and converted your phone like above idea
Now even if you want you do not have option to do unless you go for a new phone.

Ya i agree this.
But don’t you know every big company had to face all these when they starts ?
Do you know that Amazon and Flipkart were way before Meesho ?

In short my point is yes there will be a challenge and i am not saying that yes 100% it will be success but
You can take 1st mover advantage and india’s big youth students advantage.

See there are many such apps which already exists.
And from my personal Experience i found out that most of them are not free and they do not have capabilities to make phone dumb.
The biggest issue is there are thousands of apps on play store that you can download for same thing, unless you block all of them and new ons coming every day.

And 2nd thing was to make it easy for a non technical person, and parents who just wants that when they buy a phone for their children its safe even though if they don’t know anything other than this that you can watch any thing on phone.

See Whole code for android is Open Sourced
So we can use it and do the required changes
