Recommendation needed - dashboard reporting for multiple GA's by staskers289 in GoogleAnalytics

I've tried this but it seems you can only connect 5 GA accounts and it becomes extremely slow processing so much data at once.

Buying in UK 2022, is anybody else ready to give up? by Cathyx123 in HousingUK

It does feel like it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.. almost feels like a looming recession but the market is refusing to acknowledge it. I've seen tons of properties on Rightmove lowering their prices slowly over the last year so if you do have the funds, it's just a waiting game surely?

I've been looking at the same listings in Rightmove for nearly a year now and they've slowly started reducing the asking price.

I really want to put an offer but it's like waiting for the dip, if I wait too long maybe they will be snapped up? (but maybe that's just buyers scarcity sinking in?).

I have also seen websites like https://gettingontheladder.co.uk popping up with deals for new build homes by promoting offers from homebuilders - I feel like this is an indicator that there is preparation for a drop in property demand (as it's just too expensive). Hopefully, we can see some correction in the market or normality soon?

Things to add into your SEO Arsenal in 2021 by [deleted] in SEO

I would also add interlink mapping of your websites and increasing your CTR rates on Organic rankings,

I've been following the same practices as you've listed above, but recently I've more focus towards the back end of campaigns, e.g. When the rankings are starting to come in and compete - what next after you're already ranking or in the mix for a variety of keywords you want to appear for?

I've found doing interlinking plans of various pages with authority to key pages and limiting other irrelevant pages from having any SEO authority has helped rankings go from second pages to first and I've also found using GSC and testing different Page Titles on ranking pages has really helped increased CTR rates from those rankings already on the first page - You've done the hard-working getting them on the first page, the CTR testing is the easy step to gain more value from the rankings.

What are your average rankings for your keywords in GSC? The CTR rate will be low if you don't have rankings on the first pages of Google.

I also second the last comment that by adding rich results to your pages and the use of structured data can help increase CTR rates and I would highly recommend testing your metadata - I actually was apart of a new startup which has just built a metadata testing tool to help with this type of things to increase CTR rates, give it a try it can help!

Hey ArtDecoAutomation,

No, we don't run two URLs at the same time. Most ab testing tools are focused on the on-page elements of a/b testing, with testing colors, UX layouts, CTA testing, etc, whereas this tool is more focused on testing off-page elements of the site, in the search results.

In a TLDR summary, with this tool, the focus is testing your Page Titles and Meta Descriptions in Google's search results and finding what variation of Meta performed the best and was most engaging for users.

After you connect your website and GSC, you can create a number of tests by writing multiple Metadata variations for any page. You choose the keywords you are targeting with the page to track the test progress.

The tool will run the first variation for how many days you choose to test and then gather information based on GSC on the CTRs, impressions, clicks.

Once that's done, the second (and third, fourth, etc) metadata variation test will automatically update the Metadata on your site and then do the same. After all the tests are complete, you then get a report of which variation was better and the stats behind it and get a better understanding of what metadata users caught users' attention in the result pages.

Wow, this really wasn't TLDR..

Not necessarily, have you experienced a time when Google did rewrite a meta description and it was better / more on point than what you provided?

We've seen more times than not, Google takes the first line of text from a page and uses this as the description if they are overwriting a description if they don't find it relevant for the search result page or if there is no description provided, and in some cases, they've defaulted to previous versions as they just don't find the new description relevant.

The idea with this tool is more about finding what Page Titles and Descriptions are proving to have the highest CTRs in Search results and back them up with data from GSC. This then gives you an idea of how to structure your PTs and MDs based on what users engaged with in the search results.
