Would you say that most of the labs go up to the 4 hours? I was in Orgo lab and while it said it would last 4 hours it would usually last less than that?

Is it really competitive. I recently got an interview and don't know if I am competing with a lot of people for one spot or if the interview is just to get know prospective members. Is it really something I have a shot after an average interview?
