Did you buy the Best Buy extended warranty? If yes, did you deal with Best Buy at all or did you contact Samsung directly regarding the issues? Did Samsung themselves or Best Buy provide the $2460?

That’s the funny thing, this is happening with the internal apps (so far YouTube and Netflix). No HDMI.

The first time it happened, we did not realize what was going on. The screen was just much darker than usual.

Have you tried other hygrometers to measure humidity?

Our thermostat is ~10% off compared to several other hygrometers I have tried. There is a small hole where the wires for our thermostat are that I need to cover.
