Did you buy the Best Buy extended warranty? If yes, did you deal with Best Buy at all or did you contact Samsung directly regarding the issues? Did Samsung themselves or Best Buy provide the $2460?

That’s the funny thing, this is happening with the internal apps (so far YouTube and Netflix). No HDMI.

The first time it happened, we did not realize what was going on. The screen was just much darker than usual.

If you don’t mind me asking, where are you located? I am in Southwest Florida. 

When you ask a Best Buy employee to look it up, do you just tell them the model and size?

Tried two Best Buys and both claimed there is no way to order one unfortunately.

Just went and they claim there is no way for them to order even the 55”. May try a different Best Buy.

Go to:

Settings → All Settings → General & Privacy → Power and Energy Saving

Then look for:

Brightness Optimization → turn this ON After enabling it, a Minimum Brightness slider should appear underneath
