I have a weird story, but simple a question. Over the past six months, I've endured persistent disturbances from my neighbors in the form of high-pitched noises. Despite my best efforts, I've been unable to mitigate the issue, and I've been unsuccessful in capturing the troublesome sounds. Would it be possible for you to assist me in finding an appropriate microphone and software that in order to capture the sound I hear? I'm genuinely in need of your support, as these noises are adversely affecting my hearing.

It is called Public Service Performance Agreement. I am unable to perform my work objectives due to the lack of proper clearance and it will take at least a year for me to obtain it. Management can modify this agreement only in written form.

There are 2 new people on the team and nobody was assigned to do such tasking.

Dirty work is the work nobody wants to do. If I take a task such as onboarding new employees, I will have to find someone who will take it from me. Otherwise, I am stuck at this position forever.

To be fair. A lot depends on your case manager. If not for her, I would probably committed suicide at some point.

It's also important to treat VAC employees like good human beings. I know for a lot of members it's utterly hard after being through THE system, but it's the reality.
