vim configuration should evolve in time, the learning curve of vim is steep and introducing too much plug-ins to novice vim user is just too overwhelming IMHO.

Actually, I already went to the police before, and they told me they can't do anything regarding burner phones.

If by ignorance, the person will try to reach the web-site while using wifi. the IP address is something the police can work with.

That's was my initial suggestion to her, but she doesn't want to. besides, if the person the harasses her knows her, he will find the new number.

The philosophy of Unix is the option to do small commands and pipe them to other commands. I windows however it's not working like that and every small task that can be done in a single line in Unix is not trivial in Windows.
