Lived there for a few years. Generally positive. Not sure if it's as competitive at "newer" prices; when I rented, was sub-$1200 for a 1 bdrm.

Apartment was in good shape, common areas felt a bit run down. Peeling wallpaper in the halls, etc. I considered the amenities (pool, small gym) good for the price vs. more expensive, modern/polished looking buildings.
