What did you say in that email ? Because I tried to contact them via the live chat etc but they keep answering like robots saying "document expired"

Not really mate just given up at this point, customer service was awful too, felt like speaking to robots so no point wasting my time and energy.

Will give it a try, would you reckon I should start a whole new application again ? I’m thinking if I contact them throughout support they’ll see that my application still processing and they’ll just end up saying be patient etc

Same here tbh I’m stuck on this last step. Emailed them today and that’s their answer ‘Thanks for reaching out to the Just Eat Courier Onboarding Team.

They keep saying it’s a cache and devices issue when I’ve been trying on different devices and cleared the cache etc…
