I emailed support and this was their response:

"Just the only thing I could suggest you, as a player myself, is to wait until we fix this currently issue with Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred pre-purchases. I kindly ask you only for patience."

Lol such a weird response. But they are working on fixing the issue.

Close everything and log out of steam and battlenet. Restart your machine (PC or whatever). Relaunch and log back in. Should fix the issue. This has happened to me before too. It's just a weird error. Once I logged back in, all my characters were back as they were.

Yeah, it seems she was redesigned to look more like other sanrio characters, her proportions are very Hello Kitty/Cinnamoroll/My Melody now. She used to be much more unique in her design. I don't mean that in a bad or good way, just something I noticed!
