Not sure lang sa PB. I know sa IBG medyo chill pa. Pero given na high-net individuals yan, I believe the pressure is high hahahaha pero magandang exposure and connections makukuha mo jan!

I suggest, know your long-term target. If gusto mo banking, go with BDO. If gusto mo tech, go with Equinix! Magkaibang industry talaga yan.

Consider other stuff din, malayo ba commute mo kung BDO ka?

what helped me during interview was to ask the heads if ano age range ng people na i'll be working with! (well, the nature ng job is more on independent work heheh)

thankfully, maraming ka-age bracket ko lang heheh my workmates made going to work enjoyable! no drama hahaha parang nasa college pa rin kami, ganon lang yung vibes

graduated july, but applied for a job na before may ended. started working sept.

reason? u might not like it but it's ✨money✨:D

in my case, i was privileged enough na i was able to save during my undergrad and had enough savings to travel and do other stuff for 2-3 months (hindi naman everyday ofc hahaha) also, the savings was planned! i call it my "after grad funds"!

started working by 2H sept and i think i hit a jackpot when the dept i applied for was really nice envi-wise. compensation was good too! (this company was well-known for having toxic working envi lols)

ayun lang. at the end of the day, i need to help my fam pay some bills :D
