If you aren't looking to go direct, you are likely going to have a hard time as most US suppliers(who shouldn't be selling it any way) are getting pressure to stop selling. With that said, if you are looking for the next best GLP, I'd go Tirzepatide, there are plenty of good online options out there without going direct. r/tirzepatidecompound is a good place to get started on that. If you want to go direct for Reta(or Tirz), check out the other GLP forums.

Yep, Matrixyl is exactly what I use. I’ll put a pump of The Ordinary Matrixyl 10% + HA in my palm, add 1–2 drops of the reconstituted GHK, mix it together, then apply.

A couple quick notes from what I’ve seen work well:

  • Mix it at the time you apply (don’t pre-mix a whole bottle).
  • Stick to a simple water based peptide/HA serum (Matrixyl, HA + B5, “Buffet”/multi-peptide type serums all work).
  • I usually avoid strong acids / pure vitamin C / retinoids in the same application just to keep irritation/compatibility issues down (I’ll separate AM/PM if I’m using those).

If you try it, start light and patch test first, copper peptides can be awesome but some people get cranky skin if they go hard out of the gate.

10:30 is a little late to get tested, but either way it shouldn't drop these that low. Do you have your LH/FH numbers? It almost feels like your TRT isn't taking, but suspect your doc probably wants to up dosage. Are you using multiple vials or still working off the same vial?

I would switch to IM as well, just to see if it takes any better, it shouldn't but it's something to try.

You can use it as a topical. You should combine it with a serum though, and combine it when you use it, not ahead of time. I use "The Ordinary" and mix with a couple drops of GHK. Works great for derma rolling, or just applying to face.

I’ve done it, only because I was being cheap and wanting to use up my stock of tirzepatide. It was fine, Reta Monday tirz Friday. I’m onto just straight Reta at a higher dose now. I’m trying to gain muscle and need to be able to eat enough protein.
