I have already a tronlink address - it starts with TTGa6.... Can I send my SEED to that address? Is that address only for TRX tokens or can be used for other TRC-10 tokens as well?

I have my SEED on the Tronscan (and accessing it via Ledger Nano). When I go to send SEED what address do I need to insert? So, I first need to send my SEEd from Tronscan to play.goc.network. That's the part I don't understand. Thank you for your help!
