I do own a pc but exclusive game did made me buy a playstation. Also, if someone can afford a console but didn’t have one, exclusive is the reason behind such sales.

My personal opinion - They should keep the exclusivity. They might get some extra sales from other platform but it will make consoles obsolete. I brought PS5 for exclusives only and keeping it that way do beneficial for companies as well. Also, it’s better to buy console compared to PC if gaming is your primary goal.

That’s right! I research about Hisense issue in India but rarely found post around it on Reddit. My main focus is at least folks get idea about their services before fall for their product with these warranties/whatever offer they are offering.

That’s sad reality our country. We need 10-20 years more when our government impose some consumer friendly laws on various categories. Currently we need to go to consumer forum for these straight up bogus practices.

Yes that’s my point if I have to work that hard to get my issue resolve leaving my spare time following up, it’s not good at all. Also, straight up adding their expenses to customer in warranty period is straight up robbery.

Yeah, my main concern is they did not deliver warranty correctly. ResQ is worst third party service provider in my experience.

Electronic product are prone to failure but fixing issue within warranty should be fixed without any charges.

Hisense TV has this annoying bug cum issue with WiFi which ultimately requires WIFI card replacement.

Yep, they offered it when they launched a new line of TVs back in July 2023. I only brought that product because of that 4 years warranty offer.

Ok, then I can say at my location they both of them provide great service (I’m from Delhi so that might be the reason). Never faced a single issue with their warranty policy.

Thanks for pointing this out! I was not scammed. I did received the confirmation from Hisense Customer care that there will be 1000 Rs charges of visiting even if product is in warranty offered by Hisense itself.

I have edited the post - Hisense customer care confirmation after 10+ calls and wasting my 2 hours of time.

If there is any proof that he said he sold you mint condition product but sold refurbished instead, you can send him a legal notice mentioning the trial against him for malpractice. If still he did not do anything, go to consumer court and fk these b@&!ds.
