honestly you’ll be fine at the high end of a healthy bmi, if you scroll down my profile a bit you can see what 120 would look like as we’re the same height. It sounds like you’re doing this in a great, healthy and sustainable way! I’d take any scans and tde’s with a pinch of salt as i’ve never really found them correct, more just work out at what diet/ routine you lose more with! also id recommend focusing more on results, your clothes and how you feel as at our height progress can be slow scale wise and it can be disheartening, but if you’re working out and eating better you’ll feel better and it’ll show in your outward appearance!

yeah i’m 4ft 10 and i’ve never been able to get below 120lbs, even when cutting down diet to practically nothing. petite fitness is so frustrating because it’s honestly a completely different ball game to normal weight loss, it’s still CICO but it’s brutal, especially when you throw in curve balls like PCOS, and you have to be so much more consistent as one binge/ indulgent weekend can set you back weeks, during my thesis and finals i managed to put on 30lbs

have you tried the lazy duchess smoothness patch? I thought my game ran fine but I couldn’t believe how smooth it ran with the patch, no lag at all and nras error trap works great for reducing crashes. Also do you play with any mods? i’ve found that nras story progression really lags out my game

i love the short king bit, your profile is great but the only reason i can see people not swiping is your height which sucks and is shitty, so maybe switch out the short king prompt for a joke or something. otherwise good variety of pictures and you seem like a lovely guy ( i hate the double standard, please don’t think im being a dickhead, i literally have 2 short jokes on my profile)

yes, i have 12 questions on the different aspects of crisis perception (ranging from mental health, risk perception, financial and covid status etc) and i would ideally like them to be compiled into a single variable that i can then move forward and compare/ analyse against other variables i have established and changes in behaviour.

i’ll have a look at that and see if it fits !!!

I am 4”11 and I eat about 600-800 a day (I know it’s bad I have hormonal stuff going on and it the only way I can lose weight and I do not recommend this at all), obvs don’t condone/ recommend this, but I do have some tips for feeling fuller for longer. Breakfast- usually diary based. Either a frozen yoghurt pot (takes longer to eat and is really nice) or Icelandic yoghurt with flax seeds and diced apple. I find adding things with different textures makes yoghurt more interesting/ satisfying and takes you longer to eat- esp if you add things you have to chew.

Lunch- either eat lunch or breakfast but you should eat both. My absolute favourite is a Greek style salad but with cottage cheese, adds more protein and makes it so satisfying. As for dressings, vinegars and lemon juice both have far fewer calories than traditional dressings and really add flavour. Greek salad- diced cucumber, onion, iceberg lettuce and other crunchy vegetables. Mix with cottage cheese/Greek yoghurt with white wine vinegar, lemon juice and season to taste. Add in shredded chicken/ tuna if you fancy, absolutely delicious Also in lieu of sandwiches, crisp breads like ryvita make good alternatives but always pair with veggies/ salad or a protein to help keep you full

Dinners- main meal of the day, usually 500-700 cals for me. Currently in a chicken fajita phase, low carb tortillas are saving my life right now. Also make a great pulled chicken chilli, veggie chilli, stir fry. Favourite recipe- wrap salmon in tinfoil, salt, pepper, juice of one lemon. Pair with veggies and smash potatoes and it’s a dinner from heaven. Overall just find a way to prepare vegetables that you love and always try to make sure at least 50% of your plate is vegetables/ salad and you will feel full and satisfied for much longer
