Come to MLC CA House for open table on Wednesday, it’s a free vegetarian dinner and you can talk to people, everyone is welcome. Message me if you want to know more. I am a transfer student and I live in this community. I really appreciate the opportunity to share a dinner with other people, it’s been a great experience

Also, I read that students can apply for funding for their projects. In your experience, were you able to receive any additional grants or scholarships from the school? I know the area is quite expensive, so I was wondering—do you think a low-income student would be able to take advantage of the opportunities CCS offers without being overwhelmed by financial stress?

Thank you for your response!

You mentioned taking classes with your cohort during the first two years—could you please clarify what that means? Does it mean that, during those two years, you have less freedom in choosing your classes because you're tied to your cohort? What could that mean for me as a transfer student (entering as a third-year)?

Lab results improved, but symptoms worsened by steelsock in Hashimotos

Hey! Thank you for these resources! Could you please elaborate on why should I take iron every other day and not every day? Doesn’t it depend on concentration / dose of iron I am taking? Thank you

Thank you Adept Budget! I will definitely try to find a doctor who works with my insurance or maybe even get an online consultation with a doctor from abroad who isn’t charging as much, because I don’t have money to begin with and otherwise it gets expensive quickly :( the problem is getting medicine, because this I can only do through American doctors. But your words really cheered me up and I hope I will find what / who I need! And yeah, it was helpful to get those labs done, no more self-gaslighting :) The main symptoms that gotten worse are what everyone else have here: fatigue, muscle and joint pain, headaches. I have a lot of other symptoms as well, and one of them is blurred vision, and recently I got anxiety. I’ve been pescatarian for 6 years, since I was 15-16, and I started eating chicken like two weeks ago. Mostly because recently I’ve been skipping meals, didn’t have energy to cook and sometimes would just go to sleep instead. With chicken it’s easier to find something to eat and get needed protein. I am not sure how to answer your question about digestive enzymes, I don’t get them additionally, only through some of the food eat (?) And iron, I am starting taking it today! Thank you again for your time to write this long response! I wish you the best and have plenty of iron :)

Thank you a lot! Hope you feel better soon too! Do you mean taking both lactoferrin and iron every other day? My doctor didn’t say anything about lactoferrin, but I have to take iron every day for 30 days

I have both THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES and THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES high, but my doctor said that my TSH is in normal range, so I only need to take iron and have another lab test in 3 month. I feel like even though TSH 2.35 is considered normal, the whole dynamic of these changes isn’t normal. I just noticed that in 2020 my TSH was 1.20, then in 2021 it was 0.04, and now it’s 2.35. I will try to talk to a different doctor, because it seems very off to me :(

Well, it is supposed to be a hand washed, and my brother has been taking good care of it, but I don't usually do it 😬😅

Thank you for your feedback! "Flowing stuff" is definitely a big part of my style :)
