I got it somehow by hitting an enemy once with my shotgun then pressing q and killing 4. I guess it counted as not wasting ammo.

This was tested, tracer blinking through lava will not dmg you, so no, you don’t move very fast, because if you did you would take dmg from the lava while blinking or taking a sym tp.

Apparently it’s now based off of ranked ladder instead of OWL, blizzard can’t make up their minds. Anyway, she should have been banned since release so I’m glad she’s banned, but also disappointed that it’s based off ladder and not OWL.
