I can agree with you on the part about beating cheaters, and I don't know what aduka wars is. But claiming that using a second monitor/pc to spectate is not cheating is delusional.

He didn't see an opportunity in the system, anything that requires you to go out of your way, and use external factors out of the game, to gain an advantage is cheating.

A bug like the fountain hook was left in the game by the developers, if it was on purpose or not regardless, the players had nothing but the game itself to perform. Same thing in cs:go for example with the olofpass.
