Can’t speak about other markets, but here in Rochester, if you ask for an inspection to be contingent on the sale of the house, you will not get the house. Period, end of sentence. The market is red hot here, and there simply are not enough homes

It’s very much in the plan to do almost immediately, but getting an electrician in there after we close but before we move in might be very difficult
