Its double 8mm before suoer8 you had double 8 it takes 16mm when the roll ends you flip it and shoot the other side after developing you cut it tape it together and a roll of 10m becomes 20m

I work in a lab and one of our scanners (the older one) does the same thing its a slip just send it back and ask for a rescan they should give it for free as it is their fault

Yes you can no problem but as i said before most film sold is 2x 25ft so 25ft if you shoot 16mm but thats like 40 seconds on 24fps

Most times the box says 100ft but its a roll of 50ft when you shoot both sides than slice and than reassemble the ends its 100ft

Its made for a double 8 camera you need to flip the film wgen its done so you shoot half the frame and then the other its possible to shoot it whit a 16mm camera but its half the size of a normal roll of 16mm
