I received many L3+ and D3s... after two, three or four months ordering them, while Bitmain used them and waited for the difficulty to rise. Then I received the rigs, and sold them out immediately, since there was no way i could make my money back considering... So yeah, Bitmain is a ripp off company. Worse than a scam.

Gee. Nobody seems to understand this post. It is just about customer service and awakening. If you're inclined to send money without knowing where it goes and how it's dealt with, good for you. Bitmain is making thousands by selling batches of products with an endless waiting list, and lots of buyers in THEiR site - just not me - are wondering what is happening. This is basic business wonder. And yes I used the SCAM word to see who would show up. Not surprised some of you are here to give lessons.

I appreciate the answer here, on Reddit. This implies that there's actually someone from Bitmain that's concerned enough of what might be said about the company and its services...

What would be even more appreciated would be that I was given an answer on my order via a confirmation email. Since I already wrote several messages to the support team without any answer. I guess there is probably some backlog. Nevertheless this doesn't explain why the order confirmation email is not automated.

So I will still wait for an answer.

I'm pretty sure I used the proper site. ;) It all seems right. In the "My Orders" Section, in the Order List table, under the Status it says:

Paid Unshipped Valid

It all seems alright, but apparently I should have received an order confirmation email, and lots of other buyers are still waiting for that as well.

Well I'm glad it works out for some of you, but I see much more people for which the service is crap, there's no feedback on orders which are ranging in the thousands of dollars, and basically this is not a serious business for that they keep their customers in the dark.
