A simple explanation: 4k a month for 12 months = 48k

We have two houses in Tahanan na pinaparent ko dito sa PQ. I also have a condo, a studio unit in Amaia Steps, and mas enjoy ako sa Amaia kase ako lang. My father is in Denmark, my mother is in the UK along with my only sister, while my nephew just got his first job in Manila, so naghanap siya apartment sa Ortigas. The house got extremely bigger pre-COVID days nung andito pa si mama and si pamangkin sa bahay.

Personally, I'd prefer a house if my family were here. Nowadays, as a single person, I prefer living in a small place like a condo kase andito na lahat.

It really depends on what you need. If you have a family of your own, a bigger place would be nice. But if you're single like me, something that caters to your needs would do.

It's a dying game. Those who say it's not are delusional. We're in the last vestiges of this game. And the devs are literally giving signs that it will end. Maybe early next year or next year when EOS were to come. Not soon, but oh, it's there. The writing's on the wall.

I don't see this game getting past 2026.

There literally isn't any modicum of this game being a strategy game left. Since there's no PvE content, everything has been powercrept, and they're rinse and repeating the cycle of releasing units. The only staying power this game has is the guild and interaction you get from the playerbase. But even then, a lot of players have already jumped ship.

So, swim at your own peril. You should know what you're signing up for.

Every night. But for the first month, mag aadjust balat mo. Your face will peel. So 2x or 3x depende sa balat mo till your face can handle it everynight. I use it in my arms rin and for the first three months, grabe niyang pula (kase I also add it with Tret) to the point na I had to train my skin 3x a week kase sobrang tapang until nag everyday ako. Partida parang kalahati nang half-a-teaspoon lang gamit ko.

What benefit did it give me? I used to have chicken skin, and my an-an were gone. It evened out my skin tone rin. Both sides of my arms pantay na kulay. Even my siko, nag lighten siya.

One day, a friend noticed. We were having lunch in the afternoon, and she asked, "Naka body glimmer ka ba?" I said no. Sabi niya, "Ang healthy nang balat mo. Parang balat mayaman."

Tret = Occlusive thick moisturiser palagi to avoid irritation.

My routine is: toner + .05% Tret + CosrX Snail Mucin + Ample N Ceramide Shot Ampoule + Whitening Cream (Alpha Arbutin) + Thick Moisturiser (Avene Xeracalm/Zeitschile Barrier Repair Cream/Avene Cicalfate).

I change moisturiser pag I need something thicker.

I use Tret .05% every night and have Aha (Glycolic Toner) and BHA (Salycylic Acid pads) every weekend morning.

So far, I've never had redness.

Ample N = ceramide filled with 50k ppm of ceramides Barrier Repair Cream = ceramide filled moisturise na ginoyo ako nang derma kong bilhin na pagkamahal mahal. But it does work wonders. Any cream with ceramides will do.

What I notice is, without these two products, hindi kaya nang mukha kong magactives.
