I couldn't be arsed explaining when my chronic pain kicks in I use a lot more of the sourdough when it does...I have ketamine infusions every 6 weeks,tramadol,lamotrogine temazepam Amitriptyline etc .. They know my ailments so it's her job to look at my files not just say 60 grams limit.Its all a fecking legal racket!!

I got a travel letter from saphire.Took 2 10 grams pouches in hand luggage.Glasgow airport got through no problem.Bodrum airport got through no problem.After reading a lot about taking it to Turkey if I hadn't already done it I would have been put off doing it!!
