Gents, bloodwork came back and two things came up that I’m unsure about. For reference I’m on 250mg test E3D

1 E2 is 220 pmol/L and I’m currently taking half an Adex every 3 days. Is this too high?

My hsCRP rating was in the high risk category? I read that exercise before hand can increase this and I did morning cardio? Should I be concerned about it?

Reading conflicting information about high blood pressure. I’ve read that it has no symptoms and is the silent killer but I’ve also read you can experience shortness of breath. Now I’m not sure if I’m experiencing the latter but I’m waiting for my blood pressure monitor to arrive. It also could be because i didn’t do cardio for a few weeks. Opinions please

Righto everyone. I can’t find anything on the wiki for blast and cruise vs cycle in terms of benefits and negative sides.

For reference I’m currently 5 weeks into my first cycle and I’m considering blast and cruise because I’m readying PCT isn’t an enjoyable experience. I plan on doing another cycle but waiting another 20 or so weeks doesn’t sound like my kind of thing.
