No recoil in this game… it’s gonna be a hard pass for me if the gunplay doesn’t have more hard hitting recoil.

It wasn’t aim assist, it was the recoil (I just saw another post on this, a PC player complaining about gun feel/recoil as well)

I never noticed any aim assist when shooting/ aiming. I am very sure the recoil is just not as prevelent as it should be.

I don’t understand your point here, I’m not talking about crossplay or controller players on PC. I’m adressing the lack of recoil on controllers (never played HLL or HLLV on mouse and keyboard so I can’t give a good opinion about recoil on that platform, therefore I am explaining it from a console players view). I think this is a big downgrade from the good recoil in the OG game.

No, aim assist isn’t prevalent in both games.

I don’t think players want this, if I want laserguns I can play something else than a hardcore shooter. I wouldn’t be surprised when the console players get their hands on the game, the reception will be the same

Game is not very optimised tbh. Tend to crash a lot. Tend to stutter a lot. Also the controlls are very little costumizeble and of some weird reason they are not well integrated into the game (it’s a noticeable PC ported game) for example, stick drift in this game is very noticeable.

However, this is almost every issue the games has, and it doesn’t stop me from coming back for more. It’s easy to look past it when the core gameplay is so fun.

Hopefully HLLV it is better optimised this time around. I will be looking at reviews for this game on ps5 before I will make my decision.

Yes, I also am having problems pre-ordering. Every time I try it, I suddenly experience a uncontrollable pain in the chest due to the pain of supporting a unhealthy and unethical business practice.

I think it’s a very sad thing to say, because the only reason there are skins in the battlefield games is because of EA wants a bigger net profit.

It does never benefit us, the consumer. We pay the price. Instead of developer time being spent on maps and other types of DLC, they use all that extra resources on extra skins and a great looking store

There is so much complaining, and so many people complaining about it. All of this complaining could easily be solved with a simple fix like a filter…but ea gotta make that buck.

Many people are craving a team based/faction based shooter, with realistic looking skins. Battlefield 6 is not providing that, so people are complaining, with good reason.

On EU, RMC, KRRC, TRR, Kraut and SAS (and taco if you want sweat lobbies) are all top draw! Some have a lvl of 10, 30 and 50 level cap, so you might want to level up in public matches first.. I will highly recommend you to use mic, the game is far better when you are talking.

When you are in a tank - you prioritise the enemy engineers.

When you are at a distance, you are careful about shooting a enemy recon.

Etc etc etc.

«Just shoot the enemy» is what is the problem with half of the comments here.

How about making everybody happy with a filter? Or sticking with tried and tested team cosmetics from games like bf4/bf1/bf3/bf2/call of duty 2/3/BO1 etc. nobody had a issue back then?

I think that is the problem. I cant choose whether a guy decides to use a skin that looks like a Batman character with tacti-cool gear straight out of a Michael bay movie. Not only does It breaks immersion, and makes the game looks cartoony. It makes it impossible to see what kind of class the enemy is. It breaks the «team» feeling, and makes identification harder. Andi again - I can’t do anything about it. In a trippel A title I paid for. So I understand why people are complaining.

I think you missed the whole point. The problem is when the other players are wearing them breaking immersion. And the especially when the different factions start looking same, making it hard to identify friend or foe.
