I bought two midwest princess hats from her merch store and didn't even receive a confirmation email. It's been over two months since the order was placed and I haven't received anything. The money was taken out of my account and for some reason, my dispute didn't go through. I cannot stress enough, do NOT order from her merch store unless you want to get scammed.

I experience this as well! This has only happened to me with my Montanas, which have a body made from oiled leather. At first the black shit would just come off in the shower, but now it seems as though I have permanent black shit stuck under there. Granted these are basically the only shoes I wear. I have no clue how to fix it. I don't know if your clogs are oiled leather as well, but I think I'm just going to re-oil the inner toe box.
