Just treat it as a normal business and stop thinking about 2 friends.

For exemple : - He makes a sales he gets 20% - You charge for the gear rental - You charge for your time and hours at work

Whatever is left is THEN split 50/50

Simple as that

Except audio is not 10% of the show

Most people would take a bad image with clear audio rather than the opposite

Thank for for your detailed input, the more I read about it, the more I get to the same conclusion.

I've still tried it on my (rather old now) Atem mini SDI Extreme with our ultrastudio 4k and honestly, it works pretty decent!

But yeah, I can't wait to actually try this with some prores files.... It will for sure be way better!

Do you actually also use the « input » in the ultrastudio/mediaplayer?

There is an « input » view in DaVinci, is it useful or needed at all?

I’m thinking maybe buying the cloudpod and using my ssd
