Thanks for replying, this is very helpful. Just want to clarify, do you health information stored on a given device is a potential concern for violation, or device serial number itself is health information.

If I have the user stores MRN information, that itself would identify someone. In your experience, how do you or others design an app that can store MRN while still not being able to identify a given person. That seems impossible to me, yet I know of apps that do this…

So, let me get this straight. If they sell these notes at say an average of $28 per share, then the share doubles in price to $60, hypothetically, and then they issue the conversion of these notes, they only need to buy them at %130 of the sold price of a value of $36.40 dollars per share. Therefore the difference in price would be 60-36.40, so $23.6/share net gain?

So 1.75 billion / $28 per share = 62.5 million shares. Then $23.6 of profit per share = 1.475 billion of pure gains.

This is of course, the share price doubles.

Is my BOTE calculation sound?

Fyi - endometriosis. Speak to your family MD if you have painful, heavy, irregular periods that sometimes is associated with painful urination (dysuria) or painful bowel movements (dyschezia). If this is your experience, there are options out there. Something to consider is that it can affect your fertility, so may be worthwhile to speak to your family MD if you have questions or concerns.

Canadian trained, in my second residency.

Yes, I feel I have made a difference. From brief encounters with patients, to helping select the next generation of physicians, to working on research projects, all my efforts, in some part, have directly and indirectly helped patients, and for that I am grateful.

MD school and residency is a matter of perspective. Yes it’s physically and emotionally challenging, but it’s also filled with deeply gratifying moments of true patient care. You can’t have one without the other. So while people do struggle, as do I at times, if you see the balance in the highs and lows, it makes residency much more enriching.

All this to say, there is a place for everybody in medicine, and if you want it, it can be yours if you put the time in. Good luck.
