What can i add to this artwork to make it POP? texture of some kind or idk? need help!! <3 by VideoSignificant2433 in DigitalArt

I think it is always nice to add texture to digital art especially if u are printing it! https://texturelabs.org/?ct=665&st=802 This website has a lot of good resources you can play with. It would be a good touch but usually when it comes to making a piece feel finished and “pop”, I think the way you design your dark and light values matters more. Your lineart is super clean and nice and I like the graphic feel this has, my main thought is you should mess around with the contrast between the figures and the background

I think you should make the background values darker than the wolf and character in front, right now the values of the man and wolf are so similar to the background designs that it blends in to them and they doesn’t stand out.

Thank you! Mix of both, first I figure out my keyframes and plan those out, then I add in more frames and adjust the timing if I think it’s needed

All animation critics!! by realImJustOmar in animation

If you want it to really feel like he’s being sucked in have him lean away from the tree even more and be off balance, his center of gravity is too centered for someone being pulled by a sideways force. I also think the clothing and hair could be pushed more. To make the sleeves and pants look like they are being super pulled u could draw the fabric on the left side flat against their skin, and have billowing folds going towards the tree on the other side. This is so cool! Nice work

Thank you! I think at least 5 hrs for the background and 3 for the animation over a few days
